A Midsummer Night’s Dream’.
During the first half of the Michaelmas term at Hill House School pupils from Year 4 to Year 6 impressed their parents and teachers by confidently performing ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’.
Their performances were imaginative and humorous. Each character was clearly defined and it was clear that the cast, whether a main role or part of the ensemble, had put time and effort into fine tuning their performance to create a play that enabled all the actors to shine.
Finishing on a song, as they would have done in Shakespeare's globe, was a beautifully light-hearted way to round off the action.
