In the school’s most ambitious production yet, Paris of the 1800s came to Hill House in great style. Encouraged by a video message from the West End show, a wonderful ensemble cast which ranged from Sixth Formers to children as young as Year 3 charmed and thrilled packed houses with a consummate performance. Oliver Barker and Joe Warren made superb adversaries as Valjean and Javert, while Danielle Conlon, Lucy Blott and Beatrice Barker were excellent in the leading female roles. Conor O’Hara signed off his remarkable Hill House performing career with a barnstorming ‘Master of the House’. From the audience, cheers, tears and standing ovations all round!
